During my long career in the management of international medium-sized companies and corporations, with the unconditional support of my partner and 3 fantastic children, I have been able to develop my passion for futures research, strategy development, its implementation and the coaching of employees and intercultural teams.
In my four stations as a Industrial Engineer (FH), I was there long enough to experience the impact of the decisions made, such as change processes in companies, introduction of new brands and start-ups for customers, colleagues and employees. It gives me great pleasure to see that the essential decisions are still valid today and are the foundation for future growth.
